PlayShifu
A New Look

Revamped three phygital STEM kits—Count, Letters, and Coding—to enhance user engagement and improve play-learning outcomes based on in-depth analysis of user behaviour and purchasing patterns. The redesign focused on creating a seamless blend of tactile and digital experiences, addressing both parental preferences and children’s evolving interests in toys.

The new Plugo line marks a shift from the older, more generic designs to products with distinct personality and charm. As a core IP for PlayShifu, it was reimagined to be more toyetic—bright, bold, and relatable for today’s kids. This fresh visual language boosts recall, encourages engagement, and strengthens shelf presence, ultimately driving better play value and sales.
